This role ensures that our global curricula related to enterprise capability is effectively deployed. This role works with the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Capabilities Director and NAOU Learning Consultant to provide expert support needed to deploy our global solutions. Where required, role will tailor and design locally bespoke solutions that are consistent with our overall strategy for learning, leadership and enterprise capability. While the NAOU Learning Consultant will take a wide integrator role bringing the overall learning strategy to life in the OU, the Delivery Coordinator will provide coordination, facilitation and delivery of core capability curriculum. NAOU Learning Delivery Coordinator will ensure the effective orchestration of core capability programs across NOAU and will serve as part of our internal faculty team of master facilitators. This role reports directly to the Director, Talent & Development, North America.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Deliver Leadership and Enterprise capability solutions to NAOU: core leadership offers; enterprise / transversal skills; lead/manage local learning communities, coaching workshops, facilitate face to face and virtual delivery; team development solutions
  • Role has an OU (deployment) focus. Design expertise to work with COE Practice leads (Leadership and Enterprise) to support central design of global solutions and localized design for OU specific solutions. Build locally relevant solutions with guidance from the Capabilities Director and NAOU Learning, Leadership and Capability Consultant to ensure needs of the OU are met. Works collaboratively with local functional capability teams to integrate solutions that are learner centric.
  • Support the creation and management of learning budgets which are owned by NAOU.
  • Manage relevant external and internal suppliers and faculty to effectively deliver program outcomes
  • Demonstrates desire and ability to learn, develop and raise the bar – personally role model high standards for personal development, passionate about development. Maintain leading-edge capabilities as expert facilitator across a range of solutions and certifications.
  • Role will interact with a global organization. Incumbent needs to have cultural sensitivity, good communication skills. This role must possess the skills and proven ability to work effectively in diverse cultural and operating environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – proven ability to communicate, consult, influence and interact effectively across levels of the organization. Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and leadership through relationship development, clarity of communication, etc. for the purpose of selling in ideas and solutions and accomplishing work objectives.
  • Internal interaction: COE practice leads and LXP manager / design team; Practice leads for leadership and enterprise capabilities; NAOU Talent & Development team, NAOU HRBPs and local leadership team; COE Global director
  • External interaction: Global Learning & Development Network and experts; Network with industry specialists outside the Company in order to keep the pulse on current and future trends; Bottler system L&D partners in the same geography

Qualification & Requirements

  • 8-10 years’ experience with learning and development, talent development, functional capability.
  • Experienced in the delivery of learning solutions. Proven facilitation skills in face to face and virtual environments.
  • Experience in the deployment of global curricula, relevant tailoring and redesign for local fit.
  • Experienced and able to exercise cultural agility in the delivery of solutions across regional teams.
  • Mastery of the following content areas: facilitation and presentation skills, learning design, leadership and enterprise capabilities, leadership transitions (new to people management, new to leading through multiple layers), adult learning, and learning delivery management
  • Broad expertise in the following content areas: development tools, team development, mentoring, coaching, consulting for needs identification, and organizational development
  • Ability to support the implement large scale global learning programs, including training needs analysis, vendor selection, program design, development, implementation and evaluation
  • Ability to demonstrate proficient resourcefulness with time and money to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions are delivered in a timely manner
  • Effective project management skills and focus on operational excellence
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal/external faculty, stakeholders and vendors.
  • Preference for certifications in human centered design and team diagnostic tools (e.g. MBTI, Insights Discovery, HBDI, BPS level 1 and 2, EPFA)
